雖然影片還沒公佈，
但我們想在這裡特別介紹會出現在影片裡的設計。
影片的一開始我們會讓大家看看智薰王者的版圖。
怎麼呈現，請大家期待哦^^

看到圖中這朵四葉的幸運草，
有沒有發現到是由不同語言所組成的啊。
我們特別選出四種不同語言的愛心卡片，
然後排出一朵象徵「幸運」的四葉幸運草。

不同語言的「我相信雨」代表著-----
不同種族，不同地區，同樣相信這樣的雨。

四面八方而來的雲朵所凝聚的祝福，
都在這片「四葉幸運草」裡。
希望幸運之神永遠站在我們最疼惜的智薰這邊^^
至於DVD裡的影片內容，還請大家期待下次的更新哦....

Although we haven't updated the clips yet,but we would like to introduce the design in the DVD. In the beginning of the clip, we will let everyone know the domain of Rain's World. Let's wait and see how it is.^^

The last photo is a "four-leaved clover" which is made of 4 different languages red heart message cards. It symbolizes "fortune" to Rain."I believe Rain" in different language means different races in different areas, but we all believe Rain. The clouds' benedictions come from all over the world combine together to form the "four-leaved clover".

Wish the Goddess of Fortune will always stand by dear Ji hoon.

As for the content of the DVD, please look forward to our next entry. ^^

接下來讓我們特別來看看DVD的封面設計。
全部都是來自於企劃團隊所設計。
封面的照片，很簡單，很簡單，
卻隱含了我們雲兒們想表達給智薰的一切。

相信智薰，讓雨高飛，雲兒們都在你身後與你同在-----
是不是看到了這樣的訊息在圖片中呢？

簡單的圖，簡單的含意，就像智薰單純的為我們努力，雲們能給你最單純的愛。

DVD的封底呢，在眾雲的襯托下，我們再次的獻上我們對參與的15國雲兒的感謝。

Let’s have a look at the DVD’s cover design. The design was done by the project team. The cover design may look simple yet hides the message that Clouds wish to convey. We believe in Ji Hoon, hoping Ji Hoon can soar; Clouds are always behind Rain and be with Rain. We can see these messages being conveyed in the design. A simple design with a simple meaning; this is just like Ji Hoon purely working diligently for us, in return Clouds purely give Rain their love.

The back of DVD, we once again present our gratefulness to the 15 countries which have participated.

託各位雲兒的福，在7/26台灣時間的晚上，我們收到智薰已經確實收到了來自全球14國家愛心的消息。智薰臉上的笑容，是十四國雲兒最衷心期盼見到的。我想大聲的對雲家族說，我們真的辦到了。雲的力量雖然很小，但我們集合起來時，卻能夠讓智薰擁有真心笑容，因雲兒感到驕傲。「以雨之名，我相信」企劃團隊不厭其煩的想再次對大家表達無數次的感謝。沒有您們的參與，我們這次的企劃不會成功，不會聽說智薰收到時的大大笑容。滿心的感動與感謝，都因為有您們的加入，謝謝您們。

接下來，讓我們一起來看看讓智薰揚起笑容的驚喜禮物吧。

一開始當然要給大家看全景啦。

這顆神秘的球體是什麼呢? 就是我們特別訂作的愛心禮盒囉^^

圓型代表全球，而滿滿的愛心意指著全球的愛。我們都來自RAIN的星球。
雲彩化成的雙手緊緊的保護著RAIN的星球，交疊的雙掌化成了翅膀，將掌上的愛心飛運至智薰的身邊，做他的支柱和力量。

希望智薰也能感受到雲兒保護智薰，為雨守護的心意。

With every cloud’s wishing, on 7/26 night (Taiwan’s time), we have got to know that Ji Hoon has already received the lovely heart messages from 14 countries.

Ji Hoon’s smile is what the clouds from 14 countries are yearning to see.

I’d like to shout out loud to everyone from the Cloud’s family, “WE DID IT!” Each cloud’s strength may be limited, but when we gathered, we could once regain the smile on Ji Hoon’s face. This makes us, the Clouds, proud.

The ‘Cloud Always Be With Rain’ project team would like to express our deepest and endless thank you to everyone. Without everyone’s participation, the project will not go on so smoothly and successfully, and we might not be able to know how happy Ji Hoon was when he first saw the heart messages. We want to thank everyone for his /her participation in this project once again. We are very touched and filled with gratitude.

Next, let’s reveal to everyone what brought a smile to Ji Hoon…

At the start, we must show everyone the full view.

What is this mysterious ball for? It’s our special customized heart container ^^

The ball represents the globe which filled with heart messages representing everyone’s love. We are from the Rain’s World. Clouds transform into a pair of hands protecting Rain’s World. The overlapping of palms symbolizes a pair of an angel’s wings, sending our great love to Ji Hoon, being a pillar of his support and strength.

Hope Ji Hoon can feel Cloud’s protection for him and acknowledge that Clouds always look after Rain.

首先映入眼簾的大大信封，是企劃團隊給智薰的信。
裡面裝的是：

1.給智薰的大大愛心--------告訴智薰有多少國家多少雲兒的愛都滿滿在這裡面哦。
2.韓文版的企劃說明--------讓智薰了解這次企劃的主題。
3.給智薰的DVD--------內容是來自全球代表網站/團體所提供的影片，所編輯而成的DVD。

雨的星球裡，除了滿載大家給智薰的愛心外，我們還特別加入了上次公佈的藍色小愛心哦，上面有參與的14國國名，讓智薰隨手一抓都可以傲視屬於他的版圖哦^^

希望這樣的包裝和設計，能夠讓雲家族的各位認同及滿意。企劃團隊知道我們有所不足，希望我們的愚鈍能夠完整的傳達雲兒們給智薰深深的愛。

再次衷心的感謝各位的加入，請期待我們下一波的更新。
並歡迎大家的意見與指教^^

The first thing to show is the project team’s letter to Ji Hoon.

It consists of:

1.Big Heart Message for Ji Hoon – to tell Ji Hoon the container is filled with plenty of cloud’s love from many countries.
2.Korean version of the project’s proposal – to let Ji Hoon understand the purpose of this project.
3.DVD for Ji Hoon – clips made by various countries, afterwhich combined into one DVD.

Besides everyone’s love for Ji Hoon, we have specially added little blue hearts which were mentioned previously in Rain’s World. The participated 14 countries’ names are written on each blue heart; this allows Ji Hoon to pick up with one hand and look proudly at these countries which belong to him.

We hope the packaging and design meet up to everyone’s agreement and satisfaction. The project team know that we are inadequate; nevertheless we do hope we have succeeded in passing every Cloud’s deepest love to Ji Hoon.

Once again, thank you all for your participation and please look forward to our next entry. We also welcome everyone’s suggestion.

We are happy to be here again to give you all a great news....
Project team shipped out the parcel on July 23rd, as you all had known...
and we have just been informed that our Ji hoon received the red heart message cards on July 26th…
He was very surprised and smiled a lot when he got the parcel....

hahah^^ happy now, cloud family?!
He knew our hearts and support for him...
We made it....

Project Team is very glad to have such a great chance to work with clouds all over the world.
After the project, for us, the happiest thing is that Clouds all over the world have become a Cloud Family.
No matter where we are...
no matter if we met each other before or not...
We all live in Rain’s World....
Just like the special box (crystal ball) in which we packed the red heart message cards ^^
All the clouds are united in Rain’s world, be with him and protect him....

親愛的雲家族:
今天真的很高興能夠寫這一封公告給大家。
企劃組在7月23日已經將所有的卡片打包，經由DHL寄至德國。
今天企劃組得到消息回覆，我們遠在德國的智薰在7月26日已經收到大家的愛心留言卡啦。
當智薰看到大大的包裹，表情十分的驚訝，並且非常的開心。

雲家族的大家…
現在感覺如何，是不是跟企劃組的大家一樣興奮開心的不得了呢?!
我們辦到囉^^
智薰得到來自龐大雲家族大家對他的關心、加油以及支持，相信獨自在異鄉工作的他…得到這麼多來自雲家族的能量，一定可以拍出更好的電影，在往後的工作上有更亮眼的成績。

這個計畫從提出到成型只有短短的3天時間...
從7月8日到20日，短短的活動期間，我們總共收到2500張來自世界各國的心型留言卡...
智薰一定很開心全世界的雲兒已經合為一個大家族...
無論我們來自何方...使用什麼語言...

少了任何一位雲兒..我們的活動不會成功...

The little story of the project-"Special EMS"

7/14 企畫組和義工的首次會合整理日，
來了一位意外的訪客。

原來是認識的日本姐姐，特別飛到台灣來為我們加油。
當日不僅帶著她及友人們的愛心雲卡出現在CINDY家門口
更是帶了數樣的日本名產讓我們大飽口福。

當日本姐姐出現在Cindy家門口時，嚇了大家好大一跳。
尤其是知道姐姐週六當日才抵達，而週一馬上就回國。
完全是為了和我們站在一起而專程來到台灣。
這讓我們不僅錯愕，更是難以形容的感動滿滿在心中。

自從加入雲的一份子，愈來愈覺得國籍在雲之間愈來愈模糊...
大家愈來愈像一家人，彼此關心，互相照料，生活在Rain's world...
這是智薰給我們的另一樣禮物，這樣的緣份我們珍惜著。

謝謝日本姐姐的親自跨海送件，我們很感動，真的，謝謝您^^

還有很多很多親自送卡片來給我們的雲兒...
送來很多的禮物和溫馨的話語為我們加油打氣...

July 14th,
project team taiwan got together for the first packing of the cards...
what a big suprise for us...^^
our Japan cloud sister came to Taiwan and stand in front Cindy's home...
she arrived Taiwan on Saturday and would leave on Monday...
she came here only for cheering us and brought other Japan fans' gifts and encourgements to us... ^^
And most important was she brought many Japan clouds' red heart message cards...
we were so moved...

After Being a member of Cloud family...
the borders between nations are more and more unclear....
We are really a Family...
we concern each other, take care of each other,we all live in the Rain's world...
It's a precious and frabjous gift that Ji hoon give us...right?!^^

"Clouds Always Be With Rain" Project Team would like to convey our sincere thanks to you all for joining and coordinating this project. Thanks to you, it is a great success !!!

Thanks to Rain, we all have had many chances to meet and become friends with one another. He must be very proud to see the strong bonding in THE CLOUD and our great love and support for him through those heart messages ^^

At last, after nearly 72 consecutive hours of hard working, the Taiwan Project Team finished their briliant job. A specially designed box filled with 2,500 hearts and 1 DVD edited from clips of 14 countries was shipped to Berlin on July 23rd and is expected to be delivered in the next 2 days ^_^

The detailed info and pictures will be updated on the blog http://clouds-with-rain.blogspot.com soon. But we will save the pictures of the special box later after Rain has received it in Berlin. We don't want to spoil our surprise for him, don't we?

Hope we all can cooperate again in the next projects of the Clouds.

親愛的雲兒大家好:

我們是「以雨之名，我相信」企劃團隊。

昨日經由日本友人的緊急告知，
得知這次活動所設計的「愛心雲卡」被用於活動以外用途。
甚至是使用在竄改他人影片的署名之用上。

日本的影片原創者見到「愛心雲卡」的圖像出現在最後署名處，
誤以為是本「「以雨之名，我相信」企劃團隊所為，
日方昨日向我方提出十分嚴正的抗議。造成了國際間的誤解。
除了活動本身受到日方的質疑，更對台雲形象造成傷害。

昨日企劃團隊也緊急召開會議研商，並盡全力追查到修改原po處。
並於昨日至日本網站做完整說明，終究得到日方的理解及體諒。

「以雨之名，我相信」企劃團隊對於竄改他人作品署名行為深感憤怒。
並就擅自使用本圖加入修改他人作品一事，在此表達嚴正的抗議。

在此申明，活動所設計的「愛心雲卡」版權為本活動團隊所有。
禁止使用於活動相關以外的事務上。還請大家諒解。

Dear Clouds:

It is “Clouds Always Be With Rain” Project Team.

Yesterday, we were informed by our Japan friend.
There is someone who use the “red heart message card” in a adaptation of clip without Project Team’s admitting.
The worst thing is the clip was edited by a Japan fan “ Lunaluna” and the adaptation was removed the original editor’s name without having a allowance and put on our “red heart” in the end.

We received a serious protest from Japan and they are very angry about it.
Project Team had a urgent meeting and found out who did it at once.
We are so sorry to have the situation like this.
We contacted the Japan editor and website master at once and explained to them.
Thanks for their understanding.

Project Team is also angry about that someone do not esteem the copyright.
And we have a serious protest about the one who interpolate the original creation without admitting.

Now, Project Team have a asseveration here:
The artwork copyright of “red heart “shape message card is belong to “ Clouds Always Be With Rain ” Project Team(“以雨之名，我相信”企劃組)。
The artwork only can be used in the employments of the movement “Clouds Always Be With Rain”.

消し、その代わりに赤いハートのデザインを使用していたのです。

私たちは、日本から重大な抗議を受けました。
そして彼らは、非常に立腹しています。
プロジェクトチームは緊急のミーティングを行い、
ただちに誰がそれを行ったかをつきとめました。
このような状況は、とても申し訳ないことです。

大家好^^

我們收到熱心雲兒們的詢問及關心，
企劃團隊利用這個機會向大家報告工作進度。

首先，關於我們目前收到的卡片總數大約為:1800 張的愛心。

目前收到的國家/地區有:
澳洲/加拿大/新加坡/馬來西亞/美國/日本/印尼/香港/
墨西哥/台灣/韓國/中國/加拿大/澳門

待官網卡片抵達的有:
中國/香港/越南/

參與的雲兒，預估將來自至少15個國家/地區。

謝謝這麼龐大的雲家族的參與，
相信智薰也一定能感受到來自全球雲家族的關心。

另外在裝箱的部份，我們的理念是...

不以國籍區分，不特別顯示各國卡片數量。

請接受企劃團隊的歉意，我們並不打算明白分野各國心意。
1朵雲的愛心是心意，10朵雲的愛心是心意，1萬朵愛心也是心意。

不願意用數量來證明愛意的多寡，我們將會打散各國的愛心，融合在一起。
讓我們的心和心互相交織在Rain's world中。
也讓智薰在隨手一抓就是不同國家的留言，也多了分驚喜^^

我們也收到一些雲兒們的疑問，
擔心智薰會誤解全是台雲送的愛心。

About the packing….we know that is everyone would like to know very much now.
In our thought….since clouds all over the world is a “Cloud Family”, we would not pack by country/area. A card is love, 10 cards even thousand are also love. What we want to show Ji hoon is Clouds are united together, no matter where we are from and no matter which language we use.
Please understand it.^^

Before sending out the present, we would like to write a short letter to Ji hoon to introduce our movement including showing him every country that joined the movement.

大家好。

總算來到的星期六的假日，台灣企畫組及另六名義工人員，
迫不及待來到收件人員的家中，進行初步整理及點算的工作。

當我站在滿滿一箱收到的雲兒所寄來的愛前面，
望著一顆又一顆的真心，我真的感動到了，
我真的覺得智薰真的很幸福，有這麼多的愛圍繞著他。
而雲兒們你們真的是最棒的，我真的這樣覺得。

難掩感動的我，帶著笑意看起每張寫滿為智薰打氣的卡片。
每個人都別出心裁，十分用心，
望著這些如同手工藝品般精緻的卡片，
我知道每位雲兒在製作時的每字每句，每個裝飾...
都是一個祝福，都是要給智薰的力量。
滿滿的愛，不散的溫暖，還沒到智薰的手上，卻先灼熱了我。
企畫至今的疲累，也在這些卡片的"盛況"中，消失無蹤。^^

愛很簡單，也很困難。
付出真心的愛更是不容易。

６月３０日以来、CLOUD（Rainのファン）たちは彼を応援するために
いろいろな計画を模索して来ました。
たくさんの国のファンクラブから、”互いに協力し合って一つの大きな運動をしよう。
Rainに同じひとつのメッセージを伝えよう”という声が上がりました。
「CLOUDたちは心からRAINを信頼し、応援しています。」
もしこの活動に関心を持っていただけるなら、続く詳細をご覧になってください。

気持ちが折れてしまいそうな時も皆さんを思うと強くなれる気がします」
昨年6月16日、日本での「Road For Rain」のイベントでジフニは言った。

今こそ、全ての雲が共に立ち上がり、彼に力をあげる時です。
一緒に雲の連帯感を示しましょう。

雲の皆さん, 6月30日はRainと雲にとって最悪の日でした。
最低の仕事によって、彼らはRainの夢とファンと彼との約束を破りました。
私達は皆、Rainがどれほど一生懸命、アメリカ市場に最高の姿を見せようと
準備したかを知っています。
にもかかわらず、残念ながら、LAコンサートは中止されました。
公演の中止は彼の過失ではないが、私達はアメリカツアーは失敗だという事を
認めなければならなりません。
Rainは今、ひどく傷つき、この困難を乗り越えるために
本当に私達の支えを必要としています。
各ファンクラブは私たち雲が彼を信じ心から彼を支えている事を彼に伝えようと、
広範囲で国を越えた運動を起こそうと対話を試みています。
もし我々の活動に興味がありましたら、以下の提案を読み、参加してください。

Dear Clouds,
June 30 is the worst day for Rain and Clouds. Due to the terrible working, they broke Rain’s dream and his promise with Fans. We all know Rain tried so hard to prepare for the performance in hope of showing his best to US market. Unfortunately, the LA concert was still cancelled. The cancellation of LA concert is not his fault, but we have to admit the US concert tour is abortive. He is now deeply hurt and really needs our support to overcome this difficult time. Some of us who are from different countries’ Fan Clubs have been discussing to raise a widespread transnational movement to let Rain know that Clouds always have faith in him and support him wholeheartedly.

＊ Movement name: Clouds Always Be With Rain！(명: 비, 우린 믿어요)
＊ Time: July 5th ~ July 18th (the movement period is very short because we hope Rain can get the cheering messages as soon as possible)
(기간: 7월5일~18일까지/기간이 짧은 이유로 빨리 진행해 주시가 바랍니다.)

＊ Subject matter:
1.The movement hopes to collect all over the world Clouds’ cheering messages as many as possible for Rain (handwritten message). Each message will be written on a small card specially designed with “Red heart and Cloud” symbol.
We will send this design to every FC websitemaster (see the attached file).
(이번 운동은 각 나라에 팬들이 직접 손으로 비에게 응원의 말을 쓰는 것입니다. 각 메시지는 특별히 디자인된 빨간 하트와 구름 상징으로 만든 카드에 쓸 것입니다. 각 나라 대표에게 첨부파일로 보냈습니다.)

- Message will be written on a specific red heart-shaped piece of paper. Those who are interested in the movement can go to their Fanclub website to download the “message card artwork” and use White thicker art paper to print it out by youself. After printing, please cut around the message card’s shape accordingly (see the attached sample). (메시지는 빨간 하트로 만들어진 카드에 쓸 것이며 각자 다운을 받아서 씁니다. 다운을 하며 프린트 할 때에는 조금 두꺼운 흰 종이에다 하시고 그 후에 카드 주위를 카드 모양으로 오려주세요.)

- On the part of the white cloud, we all write the same message in our own language :

I Believe in Rain
Korean: 나는 비를 믿는다
English: I Believe Rain
Chinese: 我相信雨
Other language: your own language. Please advice your members the message in your language
(흰 구름 상징에는 다 같이 위의 내용을 각자 나라의 언어로 씁니다.)

- On the part of the red heart (front and back), each person can write or design his/her own short personal message to Rain and then the signature. Please note that the message should be written in Korean and/or English only !!! (빨간 부분에는 각자 비에게 전하고 싶은 내용을 적습니다. 앞, 뒤 모두 사용 가능하지만 한국어나 영어만 사용하시기 바랍니다.)

2. Each website please make a 5-minute clip to show your love and support for Rain. For instance, the 07’ birthday party, the process of collecting the messages or what you want to say to Rain now…. All the clips will then be edited into a DVD in the name of the Clouds from all over the world.
(각 나라 사이트에서 5분에서 10분 동안의 비에 대한 사랑과 응원에 대하여 동영상을 재작하여 주세요. 영상을 모두 합하여 구름의 이름으로 제작하겠습니다.)

3. After the heart messages collection, we will send all the hearts and the DVD to Berlin directly to Rain. Hope these messages and the DVD can accompany him and cheer him up during his time in the Berlin.
(모든 메시지가 수집된 후에 카드와 동영상 DVD를 베를린으로 직접 보내겠습니다. 비가 베를린에 있는 동안 비에게 기운을 주었으면 합니다.)

4. The shipping fee of the present from Taiwan to Berlin will be shared equally among those who take part in the project. The payment details will be advised later. (대만에서 베를린으로 보내는 비용은 나중에 나눠내도록 하겠습니다. 자세한 내용은 나중에 공지하겠습니다.)

智薰曾經在2006年6月16日在日本的ROAD FOR RAIN活動中這樣說到…
現在，是我們該把力量注入給RAIN的時候了…
期待您力量的加入。

2007年6月30日，因為美國L.A.演唱會的取消，讓智薰和所有雲家族朋友們度過史上最黑暗的一天。這次RAIN WORLD TOUR美國L.A.演唱會的取消，不僅是打亂智薰進軍美國的步調，更讓智薰痛心的是失信於與雲之間的約定……。雲家族的朋友們都知道智薰非常重視這次的世界巡迴演出，珍惜著在各個場次和雲們直接互動的每分每秒，毫無保留的將自己練習許久的精彩全數呈現在雲們的眼前，這是RAIN始終無止盡努力承諾的實現，也是我們身為雲的自豪時刻！

歷經半年的RAIN WORLD TOUR，一路進行到了美國場次，在「RAIN」藝名官司壓力下，仍然堅持帶給雲們最好表現的智薰特別提前2個星期到達美國L.A.為演唱會作準備，每天超過12個小時的練習，就是希望能夠帶給美國觀眾一個難忘的「RAIN」全新體驗。即使努力堅持到最後一刻，美國L.A.演唱會還是在開演前一個半小時，眾人措手不及的情況下取消了。

即使智薰盡了最大的努力，即使智薰不願放棄，即使智薰在最後一刻仍希望踏上未成形的舞台，只為了場外那些因他不遠千里而來的的雲兒們演出，不願意讓雲兒失望；即使不願，即使他內心的痛和雲們相同，但最終，在安全的考量下，但智薰仍是只能選擇放棄。

我們不得不正視這次RAIN WORLD TOUR美國巡迴演唱會失利所帶來的衝擊，無論在名譽或是心情上，我們智薰都受到了嚴重的傷害。現在的他，最需要的就是雲家族各位的支持與安慰，陪伴他度過這段演藝生涯中最艱困的時期。幾位來自各國的雲兒們，在難過之餘認為「此時作為智薰身後強而有力的後盾比什麼都重要」，現在是我們該挺身而出為智薰做些什麼的時候了！經過持續與嚴密的討論，我們決定發起一個跨國性的活動，希望透過這次的活動讓智薰真實感受到雲家族，不分國家、不分地區團結在一起對他堅定的信任以及全心的支持，希望用全世界滿滿滿的愛來溫暖著他。

不管你在哪個角落，如果你也認同我們的想法，請各位閱讀以下活動的詳細內容，希望大家不分國家，不分地區一起加入支持智薰的行動，為他加油打氣！

＊活動時間：7月5日~7月18日止(很抱歉活動時間非常短，因為我們希望智薰能盡快收到大家為他加油鼓勵的留言)
＊活動內容：
1.在這次活動中，希望可以從各國儘最大的可能收集到最多”不同語言”給智薰加油打氣的留言，我們就是要讓智薰知道，「不管你再多遠的地方，有多少顆心飛到柏林就代表有多少雲們在各自的角落裡默默地陪伴著你！」。那種打開後看到滿滿滿…滿到猶如雪片般飛來的愛心時的溫暖，雲兒們，你也感受到了吧？針對此次活動，我們將會特別設計一款「心型小白雲留言卡」，設計圖將會寄給各國官網歌迷會管理員。(請參考附加圖檔)

－留言請寫在此次活動特別設計的「心型小白雲留言卡」上。請對此活動有興趣的朋友可以自行至各官網下載這次活動的”心型小白雲留言卡”，請用白色較厚的美術紙列印出來，並沿著留言卡的外型，將留言卡裁剪下來。(自己動手做，心意更加倍^^) (請參考範例圖檔，例如:龍紋紙、丹迪紙)

－心型小白雲留言卡的小白雲部分，請用當地國家的語言寫下同一句話：我相信雨

其他語言:當地國家的語言，請各國管理員告知當地歌迷你們所使用的同一句話

－心型小白雲留言卡的心形部分(前面或背面)，請寫下幾句簡短想對智薰說的話，並且簽名。請大家注意，為了讓智薰能夠了解你想說的話，留言請只使用韓文和英文。

2.請各網站管理員協助製作大約5分鐘長度的影片，目的是希望透過影片讓智薰感受到各國雲家族們不分彼此，團結一家的感情，也讓智薰知道有這麼多地方的雲兒都用自己的方式在喜愛著他，讓他確切的感受到雲兒無時無刻對他的關懷。內容可以是各位曾經和智薰一起度過的美好時光，也可以是各國舉辦生日會，或其他活動的影像，比如說這次蒐集「心型小白雲留言」活動的側拍…等等。各國的影片最後將會被編輯成一張完整名為: the Clouds from all over the world的DVD，讓智薰能夠擁著這些美好的記憶在異鄉努力，不會覺得孤單無助。

3.在「心型小白雲留言」活動結束後，來自全世界所有的留言卡將會被收集在一起，和DVD一起直接送至給遠在德國柏林奮鬥的智薰。希望這些留言卡和DVD可以代替所有的雲家族朋友，為這段時間獨自在德國柏林打拼的智薰加油！！

4.完整包裝後的禮物會由台灣寄至柏林，運費將由所有參加的網站共同平均分擔。詳細的匯款資訊將會在之後告知大家。

Dear Clouds,
June 30 is the worst day for Rain and Clouds. Due to the terrible working, they broke Rain’s dream and his promise with Fans. We all know Rain tried so hard to prepare for the performance in hope of showing his best to US market. Unfortunately, the LA concert was still cancelled. The cancellation of LA concert is not his fault, but we have to admit the US concert tour is abortive. He is now deeply hurt and really needs our support to overcome this difficult time. Some of us who are from different countries’ Fan Clubs have been discussing to raise a widespread transnational movement to let Rain know that Clouds always have faith in him and support him wholeheartedly.
If you are interested in our movement, please read the proposal as below and join us !!!
＊ Movement name: Clouds Always Be With Rain！
＊ Time: July 5th ~ July 18th (the movement period is very short because we hope Rain can get the cheering messages as soon as possible)
＊ Subject matter:
1.The movement hopes to collect all over the world Clouds’ cheering messages as many as possible for Rain (handwritten message). Each message will be written on a small card specially designed with “Red heart and Cloud” symbol.
We will send this design to every FC websitemaster (see the attached file).
-Message will be written on a specific red heart-shaped piece of paper. Those who are interested in the movement can go to their Fanclub website to download the “message card artwork” and use White thicker art paper to print it out by youself. After printing, please cut around the message card’s shape accordingly (see the attached sample).

-On the part of the white cloud, we all write the same message in our own language : I Believe in Rain

Korean: 나는 비를 믿는다
English: I Believe Rain
Chinese: 我相信雨
Other language: your own language. Please advice your members the message in your language

-On the part of the red heart (front and back), each person can write or design his/her own short personal message to Rain and then the signature. Please note that the message should be written in Korean and/or English only !!!

2. Each website please make a 5-minute clip to show your love and support for Rain. For instance, the 07’ birthday party, the process of collecting the messages or what you want to say to Rain now…. All the clips will then be edited into a DVD in the name of the Clouds from all over the world.

3. After the heart messages collection, we will send all the hearts and the DVD to Berlin directly to Rain. Hope these messages and the DVD can accompany him and cheer him up during his time in the Berlin.

4. The shipping fee of the present from Taiwan to Berlin will be shared equally among those who take part in the project. The payment details will be advised later.

其實從一開始我們的計畫，
就一直是匯整全球的愛給智薰這樣簡單的初衷
「給予沮喪的智薰勇氣」在我們腦中...
遠比可能被誤解的「邀功」「誤解」重要。
從來不曾去思考過，做這件事，我能得到什麼?
甚至連後製時間的繁瑣也無瑕去多思考。
很單純的，就是要讓智薰知道，真的很多人在支持他，
告訴他，一時失利不代表身邊所有人皆離去。讓他知道，我們都還在。

很簡單的想法，但似乎我們表達的不足。總引起一些誤解。
這些是我們的不足，我們會在未來更戰戰競競的做好，請大家見諒><

一直都很希望這個世界能夠...
少些陰謀論，少點猜忌
多些溫暖，多些信任

這樣子，世界或許能夠祥和許多，人和人之間也能夠貼近許多。

心，是種兼具有形和無形的神秘物品。

心確實存在於每個人的身體裡，卻也同時無形的在人和人的交往裡。

因為我有心，所以我是活的
因為我有心，所以我會感動
因為我有心，所以我願付出
因為我有心，所以我懂體諒
因為我有心，所以我懂得愛

因為我有這個心，才會想要為這個孩子做一些外人看來有點愚蠢的傻事

因此這個計畫才成形，慢慢的擴散，愈來愈多人的加入。
或許愈單純，甚至有些傻傻的舉動，正是他可愛迷人的地方。

我們未來的工作還有很多，真的很希望有您們的支持。
我們不敢奢求讚美，只希望能夠得到您們的鼓勵。
我們不是專業人才，我們只是憑著一些傻傻的衝勁去努力。
但我們會努力去做，盡我們所能的去試...
因為我們知道，在我們身後，有一大群給智薰的愛也同時包圍著我們。

呵，說了一堆不知所云的文字，自己都很不好意思。

但我們會努力的，還請大家能夠為我們加油^^

From beginning to proposal the project,
Our thought always is how to gather love from the clouds all over the world.“Giving Ji-hoon a warm, hearty hug” is much more important than there might cause any “misunderstanding” or “flay” to us.We never think what we will get from the proposal, even we never think about how the hard-pressed work would come after we receive the warm message cards all over the world.

Simply, we only wanna Ji-hoon to know that there are still many many clouds to stand by him. The little frustration would not let all the people go away. We are here no matter what and when.Maybe we can not express all of our pure thought to everybody, so there are some misunderstandings of the movement. It is our deficiency. We will try our best to make the movement prefect in the future.

There is always a wish in our mind…..
Wish there would be less and less brewers and suspecters…
but more and more warmness and faith….
Therefore, World would become peaceful and people would get closer to each other.

“Heart” is miraculous.
It both exists in everyone’s body, and between human relationship.

Because of Heart, I live.
Because of Heart, I am touched.
Because of Heart, I devote.
Because of Heart, I sympathize.
Because of Heart, I understand what is Love.

We do something looks like stupid for Rain, because we have the Hearts.The movement is crystallized step by step. More and more people know the movement and join us. Artlessness and silly maybe make the movement more enchanting.

We will have many arrears in the future and really need your support a lot.
No anticipating the praises, but we need your encouragement.
We are not professional, but we will do our best with full hearts.
Because the love given to Rain, also around us. ^^
